Thank you for taking the time to read our terms and conditions. Here are a
few points you should understand before ordering:
Nothing in this online store should be constructed as a legal contract or agreement.
Simply stated, you are saying “I’d like to buy these items if possible”.
We are saying “We would probably like to sell them to you.” However,
the following factors could negatively impact such a transaction taking place:
• One or more items could be out of stock. If part of your order depends
upon the availability of one or more other items, it might be wise to contact
us and say so.
• We could have technical difficulties receiving or processing your order.
Please ensure that we have the correct contact information in case we need to
get in touch.
• Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take legal
steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
• We could make a mistake. You must contact us and allow us a reasonable
opportunity to rectify such mistakes before cancelling cheques or credit card
payments.
• The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 policy gives
you, the consumer the right for a cooling-off period of 7 working days during
which you can cancel your order. If you wish to exercise this right, we need
to be informed as soon as possible by email or telephone. We will then require
you to return the goods to us (in the condition they were received be you and
unopened) by Recorded Delivery. Once the goods have been received and checked,
we will then arrange for a refund to be sent within 10 working days.
We are doing everything we can to make using our site and shopping online a
safe and pleasant experience for everyone involved. If you have any concerns
or problems, please telephone us or email us at webmaster@flutterbydesigns.co.uk.
